Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and contact

Identity of the data controller, address and contact channel for any question about personal data.

2. Data collected

At signup (identity, date of birth, email, phone, photo), in the progressive profile, in the search preferences, in the concierge supplement (five questions), and in messages — which the MoonWeds team can read.

3. Special-category data (GDPR Article 9)

Religious beliefs and practice, dress, ethnic identity and origins: collected only with explicit consent, revocable at any time.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Introductions and guidance (performance of the contract), safety and moderation (legitimate interest), special-category data (consent), legal obligations.

5. Academy — a separate purpose

Academy coaching requests create no account; they are processed separately and kept for 24 months.

6. Visibility model

Every member can be proposed by the team; no member browses another member's profile while the app is closed. When it opens, members choose their own visibility.

7. Retention periods

Account: as long as it is active, then deletion. Technical and audit logs: limited period. Backups: 30 days.

8. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Account deletion is available self-service in the settings.

9. Recipients and processors

The MoonWeds team; hosting by OVH (server in Europe); email delivery by Resend; Cloudflare (delivery of the site and the app, Turnstile anti-bot protection).

10. Complaints

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
